Quandamooka Country has over 200 native edible plants, tubers, grains, flowers, trees and a healthy bay and sea full of fish and seafoods, which have been hunted and foraged by Aboriginal people of this region for thousands of years. The Aboriginal foods & cooking techniques still sustain our people. We wish to share our Jin Jen (cuisine) and the rich culinary history and knowledge passed down by our Elders.
